I want to set a rule in a Notes 8.5.1 mail file whereby an email is forwarded to an external address and the message is then deleted from the mailbox automatically.

This is effectively using a mailbox to perform a simple onward routing task for a specific user and I don't want the mailbox to grow and grow with the messages that have been received into it and then forwarded on. I want them to vanish once they have been forwarded. A rule can be set to mark them 'expired. but I guess I then need an agent to delete all those so marked?
